In 2011, the company launched the Amer Sports Financial Shared Service (AFSS) in Krakow, whose task is to provide financial and accounting services to Amer Sports Group. The center in Krakow handles transactions in the area of ​​ payables and payments, general ledger and reporting, as well as receivables for over 30 units located in Europe, Canada and the USA. Since 2016, the company has also been developing its ​​services in IT support: Helpdesk and SAP.

An important area of ​​AFSS activities is running Continuous Improvement projects aimed at improving financial and accounting processes in the organization. AFSS is a pioneer in the field of developing and implementing Robotics Process Automation. Employees can engage in numerous improvement projects with the opportunity to gain many new competencies: change management, project management, data analytics, process modelling and others.
